Team Building for Staff 2.0
Team building is a multi-layered strategy including several distinct components. This training addresses the topic from the perspective of an individual team member and answers the question; “What do I want from others on the team in order to feel like I am on a winning team?” Participants are then encouraged to give those things to others and that in turn will create a strong team because everyone is giving everyone else what they need. The session also includes several team building activities that participants will be instructed to stop the video and do as a group. This is a great session for groups of any size to do together and is also a great stand-alone training for one individual.
